Report a repair
Email hello@blockgenie.co.uk with your building, flat number, what has happened and a photo if you can. We log every report and tell you what happens next.
Emergencies. If anyone is in danger, call 999 first. For an urgent problem in the communal areas, such as a leak, a failed door entry system or no lighting on the stairs, call us on 020 8175 4986.
Problems inside your own flat are usually your responsibility or your landlord’s. Check your lease, or ask us if you are unsure.
